We ship with the shipping service provider DPD to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Exact shipping times vary depending on location. Orders are usually shipped within 21 working days of receipt of payment. However, please note that during special promotions or peak periods, shipping times may be slightly longer.
Why shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are made up of various individual items:1.) Assembling the box2.) Assembling the cardboard box3.) Lovingly packing4.) Prepare and issue for shippingFor smaller boxes, the shipping process takes an average of 27 minutes. For us, this means around EUR 13.00 in wage and additional wage costs (we pay our employees well above the minimum wage so that they can provide well for their families), plus EUR 9.00 in material costs and EUR 8.50 in shipping fees. For the boxes In sizes M and L, special shipping costs apply because these count as bulky goods. You pay EUR 26.50 per package, but shipping actually costs us EUR 55 per DOXAFER®. Why? Very simple: We deliver the DOXAFER® to you completely assembled! You don't have to set anything up - just attach the Isofix mount and you're ready to go. The shipping costs for sizes XXS, XS and S are well over EUR 30. From size M even over EUR 50, but we cover more than half so that you receive a DOXAFER® that is ready for immediate use!
Shipping
The shipping costs are €12.50. The shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the order process. We strive to make the shipping costs as fair as possible and are constantly working to optimize them.
international delivery
We offer international delivery to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by your country. These costs are beyond our control and must be borne by the recipient. Please check the applicable customs regulations in your country before ordering.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to track the status of your delivery. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time and ensure that it arrives safely and on time.
Returns
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
