All dog products on the market that have a seal for crash tests only document the load securing. They say nothing about the safety of the dog, which is important to us. For this reason, we have deliberately not carried out such a crash test.

As we have connected the DOXAFER® directly to the frame of the vehicle using ISOFIX, the law on load securing is fulfilled many times over.

KESSETECH GmbH is currently endeavouring to establish new test standards and is developing test dummies that are designed to replicate the characteristics of a dog. We are thus continuing to pursue our goal of finally creating crash tests that can record the effects on the dog.

We understand your concerns and would like to reassure you. The forces that arise in extreme situations such as strong centrifugal forces would indeed be dangerous for all occupants. Of course, no safety system can cushion everything. But the safety systems of the DOXAFER® are designed to withstand many times the maximum load of the Isofix connection - even with the maximum load that we specify in the size description.

The DOXAFER® itself is designed to deform in the event of an impact and absorb so much energy that the zip (fitted at the top and in the side position) only has to withstand a small proportion of the forces. This means that the tearing force you might fear does not occur to the same extent.

Our shipping costs are made up of various individual items:

For smaller boxes, the shipping process takes an average of 27 minutes. For us, this means approx. 13.00 EUR in labour and ancillary labour costs (we pay our employees well above the minimum wage so that they can provide for their families), plus 9.00 EUR in material costs and 8.50 EUR in shipping costs.
For the boxes in sizes M and L, special shipping costs are added because they count as bulky goods. You pay 26.50 EUR per parcel, but the actual shipping costs us 55 EUR per DOXAFER®. Why is that? It's simple: we deliver the DOXAFER® to you fully assembled! You don't have to assemble anything - just attach the Isofix bracket and you're ready to go.
The shipping costs for sizes XXS, XS and S are well over 30 EUR. From size M upwards, they are even over EUR 50, but we'll pay more than half of that so that you get a DOXAFER® that's ready to use straight away!
