Guarantee & Complaints
How long is the DOXAFER® warranty?
We provide a guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase. We undertake to replace free of charge any parts of the device that become defective during the guarantee period due to material or manufacturing defects. Returns should be made in the original packaging or equivalent packaging. The guarantee is void if the device is handled improperly or if third parties tamper with the device. Parts that are subject to normal wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee.
How do I claim my DOXAFER®?
If you have a complaint, please contact info@doxafer.de, stating your order number. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to get your DOXAFER® up and running again.
